Monday 2 March

You will get to know the participants, the teachers and the animation team who will be with us during the whole week. After the ceremony we will start with the first social night
Tuesday 3 March
07.45– 8.45 Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Start your morning with a revitalizing Vinyasa flow designed to awaken your body and center your mind. This all-levels class connects movement and breath in the lush jungle setting
10.00 – 15.00 Playa Ermitaño
After a short boat trip, we arrive to the virgin beach of Ermitaño, a sanctuary of peace and relaxation, with no one but us, and our music. A beach surrounded by mountains, coconut trees and reefs.
21.00 – 22.00 Sound Healing experience
Music and sound therapy. The practice of using different sounds to improve your physical health and emotional wellbeing. Through sounds and vibrations the session helps to calibrate our internal frequencies to release blockages and emotions.
Wednesday 4 March
08.00 – 09.00 Breathwork & Ice bath
Step into the challenge and reset your nervous system. The guided ice bath is a powerful practice to build resilience, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
10.00 – 12.00 Workshops
Workshops with out local and international artists, where you will learn dominican footwork with Frank Bachata and traditional bachata in couples with Samy El Magico
15.00 - Jungle Pool Party
With one of the best 360 degree view to El Valle bay, we are going to have a jungle pool party at the infinity pool with the best DJs, animation crew and artists.
21.00 – 02.00 Fiesta en Las Terrenas
Las Terrenas, the cradle of Dominican bachata. A night of high-level dancing awaits us there, where we’ll join local and international dancers in the town’s bars and nightclubs, in one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the Dominican Republic.
Thrusday 5 March
09.00 – 14.00 Cascada El Limón
We’ll visit the largest waterfall in the Dominican Republic — a breathtaking spot perfect for incredible photos and for losing yourself in the power of nature.

Intensive bootcamps with Laura del Vecchio or with Lera Dancera. The 2 bootcamps are happening at the same time.
21.00 – 01.00 Social Dancing El Valle
Evening Bachata Social with Top Djs, suprises and the best animation team from the Dominican Republic
Friday 6 March
7.45 – 8.45: Pilates

10.00 – 18.00: Private party on a Catamaran
OPTIONAL- Not included in your full pass! We will sail through the Caribbean Sea on a private Catamaran with local entertainers, and dancers to the paradisiacal island of Cayo Levantado. We take over the island with our bachata, until sun goes down.
21.00 – 02:00 Baile Social en El Valle
We continue the party in the most dominican way! Dancing on the street between little streets and bar, under the stars and infinite palmtrees
Saturday 7 March
07.45 – 08.45: Yoga
A peaceful practice in paradise. Flow through a gentle yoga session with your feet in the sand and the ocean as your soundtrack. This is your moment to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and soak in the beauty around you.
10.00 – 13.00 Workshops
Bachata workshop with Lera Dancera, Afrobeats with Laura del Vecchio and Bachata Flow Batey with Farifeo
17.00 – 02.00 Farewell Jungle Night
With all the animators, teachers, participants and organizers with whom we have shared this unforgettable week we do a farewell ceremony, and dinner with the beautiful sunset background of the beach of Las Terrenas. Our DJ will make us dance until dawn, with live performances by Dominican artists.

09.00 Transportation to Santo Domingo Airport
We’ve got your ride covered. Your official retreat shuttle will take you from El Valle back to Santo Domingo Airport, making your departure smooth, stress-free, and right on time.

Currently the largest social dancing in santo domingo, the capital city of the DR with dancers from all over to live the authentic Dominican bachata experience

10 AM: 2 hours intense bachata workshop with Samy El Mágico
Learn about interpretation, step variation, and the essence of Dominican bachata with the best
3 PM: Social Dancing at Batey - Los Carrandales
The most authentic local bar of the whole country! Bachateros from all over the DR come here every monday to show their talent and dance bachata through the whole night. You probably recognize the bar from the viral instagram videos. Time to experience it for yourself.
9 PM: After party and open air concert
We will take you to the legendary open air concert at plaza merengue in the capital city, an experience like no other

10 AM: Opening ceremony—kundalini yoga
Combining movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra chanting to awaken the kundalini energy. Unlike other yoga styles that focus mainly on physical postures, Kundalini Yoga emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit, making it both a physical and deeply spiritual practice.
4 PM: Dance Coaching by Laura del Vecchio
2 hours workshop with the Master, Laura del Vecchio, to strengthen your confidence in dance and go beyond your imagination

Monday March 9
8 AM: Ice Bath and Breath-work
Ice bath and breathwork in the jungle is a powerful reset for body and mind. It’s a moment to release, recharge, and return to yourself.
10 AM: Brunch at Leisys Garden
Farm to table restaurant, overlooking the garden. The freshest ingredients to fuel your body and nourish your soul
11 AM: Mud Ceremony & Secret waterfall excursion
A short hike to a secret waterfall right here in El Valle, where we will use the natural mud to cleanse the skin
6 PM: Cacao ceremony and sunset drum circle
The Cacao Ceremony is an ancient practice to open the heart, awaken presence, and deepen connection. At the retreat, you’ll experience it at sunset on the beach, accompanied by the powerful rhythms of a drum circle. A truly magical moment of community and transformation.
8 PM: Dinner
Our final farewell dinner in the amazing scenery of El Valle Lodge

One final meditation & breathwork session in the jungle to prepare you for you journey home after the week of your dreams

This bootcamp goes far beyond learning steps.
It’s an invitation to reconnect with your inner confidence — natural, grounded, and real — while exploring femininity through movement with softness, strength, and joy. Rather than repeating choreography, we focus on musicality, body awareness, and learning to let the music guide you. The goal is to move with ease, to build confidence in freestyling, and to trust your body on the dance floor.
This is a supportive space to let go of overthinking, feel more present, and experience the pleasure of dancing from instinct and connection.
Bootcamp with Lera Dancera
This bootcamp is designed for dancers who want to go beyond steps and truly understand the music.
Deep Musicality gives you a clear, structured system to hear bachata differently — and to translate what you hear into movement with confidence, intention, and authenticity. Instead of guessing or copying, you’ll learn how to play with the music in a way that feels natural and personal.
This is not about learning combinations or “musicality tricks.”
It’s about developing a deeper relationship with the music — understanding its structure, accents, emotions, and dynamics — so your dancing carries meaning and flow.
